How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to most inquiries the same business day, and always within 24 business hours. Detailed technical or quoting questions may take a little longer while we confirm specs and pricing.
What should I contact the business office about?
General inquiries, partnerships, media requests, careers, billing, and anything that doesn’t fit cleanly into sales or support. For pricing use the quote page; for product help use customer service.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. For application help with metallographic sample preparation, consumables, or equipment, our customer service team is the fastest path. We can also route your message to the right specialist from here.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time. We’re closed on weekends and U.S. holidays. Messages sent outside hours are answered the next business morning.
